Register a Pharmacy
Register your pharmacy to donate medication or to participate in the dispensing network. Here are the steps:
1. Click Register a Pharmacy Button
2. Create a Log In to manage your account (or log in if you have an account already)
3. Complete the registration form.
4. After registration is reviewed as complete, you will be notified that you have access to pages restricted to Pharmacies and will be included in the Care Alert communications.

Medication Donation
We encourage Pharmacies to donate their medication that has AT LEAST 45 days expiration available, as long as they are on our list.

These medications will carefully and quickly be distributed to the patients.
Join the Pharmacy Network
We encourage Pharmacies to join our pharmacy network. In this model, a patient who has been approved for service may come to your pharmacy to pick up the prescription. We will pay for the prescription costs incurred by the patient (copay or full network price).
