How we serve
Service to patients starts with a referral. Have your doctor's office send a referral to us via the Physician Link above.
Once a referral is made, we will reach out to you (or you can to us) to conduct our intake assessment. This is where one of our skilled team members will find out about your prescription needs, the nature of your problem, and start assessing your financial situation.
All Together, a charity organization, offers several services to support our patients; most of them free.
How we serve
Each person's situation is different, and our team members base their recommendations based on many factors, such as income level, the severity of the situation, the drugs used, conditions being treated, and so forth. We also have to make decisions based on our available resources, such as medications in stock, or how many donatations have been made.
Referral
Each case will be considered for referral. That is, we may refer a patient to a known local resource or social worker. We may recommend (and often will) enrolling in State Medicare Programs for future assistance. Our intake team will search high and low to find options for you.
Finding Coupons
Sometimes, an expensive prescription may have a manufacturer's coupon available to help offset a high copay, or lower the price to uninsured patients. Our experts will help determine if this option may apply to your situation.
Sponsorship
Virtually all prescriptions will be offered to the generous community of supporters. Supporters will be able to see the situation's need, and feel a connection to sponsoring an individual prescription, patient, or family. We will use our website, and other means, such as GoFundMe.com as a way to solicit sponsorships.
Local Fill
In some situations, the most effective solution will be to have a local pharmacy fill your prescription. We may arrange payment to your pharmacy for a portion, or the entire prescription.
Filling Prescriptions
One common option is that we fill your prescription. Pharmacies, Hospitals, and others may donate prescriptions to us so we can get your medicine to you. You will receive your prescription by mail or courier.
Note that we are not licensed to dispense prescriptions in every state; therefore, this service is not available in every state yet.
