How to get help

We know it is hard to ask for help... so we make it simple. Either complete the form below, or call our intake team to get personalized assistance.  We recommend you review the checklist below and gather all of the required information prior to calling.

How we may help you:

• Referrals:

  • We may start by helping you obtain an insurance plan.

  • We may also know of programs in your area that will help you

• Clinical Intervention: Our clinical team can work with your doctor to find a lower cost alternative to treat your condition(s).

• Financial Assistance: We may find a way to help you pay for your prescription by sending money to your pharmacy.

• Dispensing: We may dispense the drug to you, using resources such as donated medications and donor funding.​

• Coupons: Manufacturers often provide coupons for their most expensive drugs. We will check and see if there's one that could help you.
